Terms & Conditions
Christmas in July Promotion - July 2012
ENTRY
1. Promotion commences 12.01am 12th June 2012 and ends 12.00 midnight 31st July 2012
2. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Current Employees and Agents of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. Subscriber must submit an application to The Promoter by 12.00 midnight 31st July 2012 and go ahead and enter into a Rental Agreement/s headed “Rental Agreement” before 12.00 midnight 18th August 2012
5. Total fortnightly rental instalments must be no less than $30.00 and the Subscriber must enter those Rental Agreement/s on the same day.
6. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted
7. Valid one (1) per household.
8. All Rental Agreements are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Rental”
PRIZE DRAW
9. Total Prize pool valued at $4,500 Inc. GST. Consists of 1 x $1000 gift voucher, 3 x $500 gift vouchers, and 20 x $100 gift vouchers.
10. Each Subscriber who have entered into a “Rental Agreement” in accordance with the entry conditions above, will go into the draw to win.
11. First drawn winner will receive $1000 gift voucher, second, third and fourth drawn winners will receive $500 gift voucher, the next 20 drawn winners will receive $100 gift voucher
11. The winners will have their choice of Coles, Woolworths or Bunnings Gift voucher.
12. The draw will take place at 1/1 Reaghs Farm Road, MINTO NSW 2566 at 10am 31st August 2012.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
13. The winners will be notified by phone & email. Winner will also be broadcast online: http://www.1stchoicerentals.com.au/christmasinjuly within three days of the draw.
14. The prize will be delivered to the Prize Winners, by 1st Choice Enterprises Pty Ltd Employee or representative within 2 weeks of the draw
15. Winner of a prize must produce identification in a form acceptable to the Promoter before collection of the prize and must sign an acknowledgement that he/she has received the prize. If the winner is not readily identified by 30th November 2012 after reasonable efforts have been made to identify the winner, a redraw will be conducted on 1st December 2012 at 10.00am. Prizes will be awarded to the next randomly drawn winner. Winner of the redraw will be notified by phone & email.
LIABILITY
16. The Prize Winner(s) accept the prize at his/her own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for any claim, cost, expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or person injury suffered or sustained, as a result of or arising out of or in any way connected with the conducted of this competition or the acceptance of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. A winner and each of his or her companions must, if requested by the Promoter, sign a legal release and indemnity in a form acceptable to the Promoter.
17. The Promoters decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
