All you need do is apply on line or Call us on 1300 552 558 and our friendly staff will be able to discuss your options. to top Do I need to supply referees and, why? As part of the credit check process, we require three personal references in order to verify the details you have given us. to top Do I need to be home for delivery of goods? Yes. The person[s] whose names[s] appear on the application will need to be home to sign any documentation required and accept delivery of the goods. to top Do I need to pay any money on delivery of goods [COD]? 1st Choice requires that you have the equivalent of your first rental payment and the agreed bond amount. Usually there is no delivery charge. Your Customer Service staff member will confirm with you what your COD amount will be. to top Do I need to pay a bond on the goods? Yes, there is a bond. to top When can I have the goods delivered? Usually your goods will be delivered within a few days of your application. Just ask the staff member you speak to for details. to top If I move, what should I do? All you need to do is phone and advise us of your new address. We can also offer help to make your move as easy as possible. Just ask us what we can do. to top Can my rental contract be ended early? Yes. Contact us and we will advise you of the payout amount and if there is an early termination fee. to top What should I do if my rental item needs servicing or repair? If your product needs special attention we will arrange any servicing or repairs for you. We will even organize a free loan of a like product while we service your much loved item. to top Can I rent more than one item from you? Yes.
