We specialise in a program called Rent to Own, which means we will pass the ownership of the goods to you, at the end of the agreed rental term, with nothing more to pay.
No. You will have a Rental Agreement that clearly states what you will be paying and why; you will not have to pay ‘extra’ for taking the Rent to Own option.
In fact, all prices quoted on our website are based on our genuine rent to own rental option.

Our rental agreements are very flexible, the rental term depends on the item you choose to rent;
* White good appliances such as fridges and washers; and Brown
good appliances such as TVs, Home Theatres, usually 3 years.
* Gaming & fitness equipment, usually 2 years.
* Mobility Scooters, Extra Large Fridges, usually 4 years.
Yes. Unlike some other rental companies, our minimum term is only 4 months.
After 4 months, you have a number of options. You could:
1. Opt to pay out your appliance, that's right, we give you the option of paying out your rental agreement early, and our promise to you is that your payout figure will never be more than retail if you bought the item brand new.
2. Return your item without any penalties. There is no other fee as long as your rental is up to date, and your item is returned in a fair and reasonable condition.
3. Continue to rent your item for the agreed rental term, which you will own with no more to pay at the end of the agreed rental term. Enjoy the benefits of renting to own that brand new TV or Fridge, or perhaps a mobility scooter that you have been needing or wanting.
Yes. We have a number of excellent package deals available at great prices. If you prefer to mix and match your own package deal, that's ok too, please contact us for your tailored rental package deal.
Many of our valuable clients have multiple items on rent from us.
Payments can be made:
* Through Centrelink
* Direct Debit from your own bank account
* Phone Direct, on 1300 552 558 using your credit card
Simply add the products you would like to rent into your 'Cart' then click 'Place order'. Once you have submitted your completed application, one of our Customer Service members will phone you to finalise your application and make arrangement's for delivery of your goods.

We have pre-loved washers, fridges & TVs of all sizes available in good-excellent condition that you can rent to own. If your interested in saving some money, contact us to enquire about our range of available pre-loved items available.
You will need information concerning:
* Identification e.g. drivers licence or Medicare card number,
* Residential status e.g. renting
* Employment status or receiving a pension - you do not have to be employed to be successful in applying for goods

As part of the credit check process, we require three personal references in order to verify the details you have given us.
Yes. The person[s] whose names[s] appear on the application will need to be home to sign any documentation required and accept delivery of the goods.
1st Choice requires that you have the equivalent of your first rental payment and the agreed bond amount. Usually there is no delivery charge. Your Customer Service staff member will confirm with you what your COD amount will be.
Yes, there is a bond. Our bonds are very reasonable, and are based on the value of the goods, the maximum you will pay is $100 for your first item. We have discounts for loyal customers.
Usually your goods will be delivered within a few days of your application. Just ask the staff member you speak to for details.
All you need to do is phone and advise us of your new address. We can also offer help to make your move as easy as possible. Just ask us what we can do.
If your product needs special attention we will arrange any servicing or repairs for you. We will even organise a free loan of a like product while we service your much loved item.
If you prefer to rent your goods without owning them, perhaps for piece of mind that any servicing problems are never yours, we can offer this facilty through our sister company Home Appliance Rentals!
